1. About this site

creaiteam.com belongs to CreAiTeam — an independent consulting team. The site provides information about our services and a contact form. Using the site means agreeing to these terms.

2. Informational nature

Site content (service descriptions, prices, case studies, articles) is informational. Public prices and timelines are indicative. Final terms are fixed in individual contracts after the audit.

3. Copyright

All texts, design, code and materials are CreAiTeam's property unless stated otherwise. Citation with clear link to source — allowed. Full or substantial copying without written consent — prohibited.

Open-source components (Astro, React, n8n, font libraries) are distributed under their own licenses.

4. AI crawlers and model training

We allow AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, etc.) to index our public content for use in generative model responses. Details in robots.txt and llms.txt. Citation with source attribution is welcome.

5. Submissions and inquiries

Submitting the contact form does not constitute a contract. It's a consultation request. A contract with services, timelines, budget and obligations is signed separately after the audit.

6. Guarantees and limitations

The 10-day MVP refund guarantee applies only to contracts where the guarantee terms are explicitly stated. The guarantee does not extend to situations where the client failed to provide required data or access, opted out of regular demos, or substantially changed the brief mid-project.

7. External links

The site contains links to third-party resources (GitHub, Telegram, technology docs). CreAiTeam is not responsible for the content of these resources.

8. Changes

We may update the terms. Current version date is at the top of the document. Substantial changes affecting active projects are coordinated separately with clients.

9. Governing law

Disputes with Russian clients — governed by Russian law. Disputes with foreign clients — by applicable law per the executed contract.
