How do you accept payments?

Based in Dubai (UAE entity). We invoice in USD via bank transfer to the UAE company, or accept USDT and Stripe. EU/US clients — direct USD bank transfer. Contract and invoice issued before work starts.

What's included in the Strategic Audit and why is it paid?

30-min call + 1-2 days reviewing your process + written report with specific recommendations (where AI pays off, data readiness, 3-5 quick wins with ROI). $150 is a seriousness filter and compensation for my time. If you decide to do the Pilot — the audit cost is credited toward your first invoice, effectively making it free.

What if I just want to understand if I need AI — is that free?

Yes. The 30-minute Discovery Call is free and no commitment. We discuss your case and figure out where AI pays back. From there you decide — full audit, straight to Pilot, or neither.

What does fixed budget mean for the Pilot?

$2,500 — for the full 7-day cycle. No extra charges for 'additional revisions', 'approvals', 'enterprise integrations'. Within one process/agent — all included. Complex multi-agent systems are scoped separately after audit.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

If I don't deliver a working AI agent with measurable improvement in 7 days — full refund. No fine print. Metrics are defined together on the audit so there are no later disagreements.

What does the Operating Partner tier include?

$1,200/month — management and tech support of existing systems, new automations on demand (within 15 hours/month), founder mentoring, priority queue. 3-month minimum, then monthly.

What if I only need one specific automation?

Point workflows from $300 — if you already have infrastructure (n8n, CRM with API) and need a new flow. These and other on-demand services are on the services page.
